Citizens Advice Wiltshire‘s ‘drop in’ service and face to face appointments have been temporarily suspended until further notice. For the time being, they are operating a telephone and email only service. Extra advisers are being deployed to operate the telephone helpline during this time.

You might be able to claim benefits, or get more money on your current benefits. This includes any ‘statutory sick pay’ your employer might give you. Check what benefits you can get here
If your employer tells you not to work because of coronavirus, for example if your place of work has shut down or there’s no work for you, your employer can use the government Coronavirus Job Retention scheme to pay you while there’s no work to do. You can find out how the scheme works here
