SUMMARY:Chippenham Town Council - Christmas Card Competition
DESCRIPTION:The Mayor of Chippenham\, Cllr Liz Alstrom has launched a Christmas Card Competition open to all Chippenham residents. \nEvery year\, the Mayor of Chippenham sends official Christmas cards and this year\, and this year the Mayor wants the design to come from a member of our community. The theme will be:\n‘A Celebration of Chippenham at Christmas’.\nThere will be three age categories\, and the winner in each category\, will receive a prize.\nThe overall winner will be used on the official Mayoral Christmas Card and will also win a supply of 10 cards for their own use. \nFor more details please check the Chippenham Town Council website: https://www.chippenham.gov.uk/the-mayors-christmas-card-competition/ \nThe closing date for the competition is Monday 14th November.

Using hypnotic\, almost magical techniques\, Zhenia is awarded a residence permit and so starts working to heal the inner sadness of the well-to-do residents. \nThe film is a curious and enchanting meditation on class\, immigration\, and global warming with touches of magical realism and moments of sober beauty and subtle humour. \nPlease arrive promptly as the curtain goes up at 7.30pm.
