DESCRIPTION:Hail The Curious is the inaugural group exhibition from The Forbidden Carnival Gallery. \nIt brings a diverse group of local\, national\, international and overseas artists together\, from Lowbrow to Street to Dark to Surreal and back again. \nArtists include: \nSimon Griffiths\, Miller\,  Rae Melody\, Sarah Christie\, BRT Street Pop Art\, Matt Lodge \, Montague Tott\,  David Nicholls and more… \nExhibition running between 5th May – 30th June 2023. Open Saturdays and Sundays 10am-3pm. DESCRIPTION:Living Spit presents ONE MAN AND HIS COW \nFarmer Trevor has a big problem. Given just months to live\, he is faced with the dilemma of which one of his three children to bequeath his beloved farmstead to. \nEach has their own beguiling qualities and Trevor just can’t choose between them. Then one fateful night in the cowshed\, help arrives from the most unlikely of sources… \nA rural romp\, written and performed by “the Morecambe and Wise of Weston Super Mare” (The Daily Telegraph)\, featuring a multitude of agricultural antics and farmyard frolics\, all told with homespun charm and wit and entirely in rhyme and song. \n“World-class actors at the top of their game.” The FTR \n“Like King Lear. But with a cow” audience member \nAge suggestion: 10+ \nAudience warnings: Some mild dodgy language and terrible puns \nHoward Coggins\, who wrote the show and created the role of Trevor way back in 2013 has taken a leave of absence due to sickness. The part of Trevor will be played by…well…someone else.
