DESCRIPTION:Explore what life was like in Chippenham in the 1920s & 30s\, as objects\, costume\, photographs & artworks bring the era to life. \nMarking the centenary of the opening of John Coles Park in 1923\, this exhibition explores the glamour of the cinema and fashions from the period\, as well as strikes\, protests and the legacy and threat of war. \nTo accompany the exhibition\, there will be a programme of talks and events. More information can be found on the ‘What’s On’ page of our website. \nChippenham Museum\, a Chippenham Town Council facility\, is free entry\, open Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm\, including bank holidays.

The fantastic Clare’s Circus is coming to the Neeld. \nLearn how to spin plates\, juggle and even walk a tight-wire!  Many other activities will be available including hula hoops\, stilts\, poi and fun games such as giant Jenga. For those under 4 there will be a special area with tents\, tunnels\, scuttle bugs and suitable games to keep them entertained.
