SUMMARY:Walk Maud Heath's Causeway with Get Wiltshire Walking
DESCRIPTION:The walk is going to be led by the experienced team from Get Wiltshire Walking and there are three different walk lengths. \nEveryone will meet at 9.30am on the corner of Langley Road and Foundry Lane in Chippenham\, where the stone marks the end of Maud Heath’s Causeway. \nThe shortest walk will stop at Langley Burrell Village Hall and return to the start point. This is approximately 3 miles long. \nThe second walk will go all the way to the Moravian Church in East Tytherton and back to Chippenham. This is approximately 7.5 miles long. \nFinally\, the longest walk will go all the way to the start of the causeway at the top of Wick Hill and back into Chippenham. This walk is just shy of 10 miles. \nThere will be tea\, coffee\, cake and toilets at Langley Burrell Village Hall and The Moravian Church in East Tytherton* (*Whilst the Moravian Church does not have a public toilet\, for walkers who are desperate the Minister has said they can use hers). \nPlease make sure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather (we will update you nearer the time) and shoes for walking. Bring water and a packed lunch if you are taking part in the longer walks. \nThis walk is free to attend but please book your place in advance by emailing:-  emily@yesterdaysstory.co.uk

DESCRIPTION:A fully supported journey to 5k for all levels. Joining our beginners running course is a great opportunity to improve your fitness\, make some new friends\, and achieve something you can be truly proud of. If you’re keen to give running a try\, returning to it after a break\, or would like some support progressing your running\, this course is for you. \nOur next beginners course will start on the 3rd May 2024. We’ll have three different groups so that you can choose a level that suits you\, and you’ll have the freedom to move groups at any time along the course as you wish. There’ll also be lots of support from our team of leaders every step of the way\, helping you progress towards your 5k goal (it’s 100% achievable\, we promise!) \nNo experience whatsoever necessary; just come along in comfy clothes and bring a friend or two to keep you all motivated!
