Kyla’s teachings offer individuals an opportunity to find their own rhythm\, with a gentle focus on alignment to increase physical strength\, concentration\, and balance. No two classes are the same\, sometimes a gentle flow\, sometimes restorative\, always strengthening through our connection to breath and the physical body.  \nKyla likens her classes to a shared journey\, through a mixture of movement and breath-work as way of connecting and finding a deep inner peace. Kyla is looking forward to sharing with you her knowledge of traditional asana (postural-practice)\, pranayama (breath-work) and her love of the Sanskrit language\, often utilising sound to connect through Mantra (chanting). \nWhether you are new to yoga or already have an established yoga practice\, Kyla invites you to join her every Sunday for Park Yoga in in John Coles Park. \nTogether we’ll find a way to connect in and restore. \nOm\, shanti\, shanti\, shanti.  \nThere is no need to book\, simply show up and bring a mat or a towel.
