Our Coffee Connection sessions offer a relaxed space to meet others\, share experiences and simply enjoy a warm drink and good company. Dorothy House staff and volunteers are on hand if you would like support and advice. \nWho can come? \nAnyone affected by a life limiting illness is welcome – whether you’d like to pop in for 10 minutes or stay for the whole session. Family\, friends and carers are also welcome.

DESCRIPTION:Chippenham Film Club was founded in 2022 to show films that would not normally be seen on the big screen here in Chippenham. Anyone can attend the film club screenings\, but members get a 35% discount on the ticket price for the monthly events. \nFollowing a very successful film festival in September\, Chippenham Film Club’s monthly screenings resume on Tuesday 13th October at 7.30pm in the Reel Cinema with ‘Santosh’ the 2024 Hindi-language BAFTA-nominated and BIFA-winning narrative directorial debut of writer-director Sandhya Suri. \nSet in rural north India\, it stars Shahana Goswami as the newly widowed Santosh who inherits her husband’s job as a police constable in the rural badlands of Northern India. When the body of a low caste girl is found she is pulled into the investigation under the wing of charismatic feminist inspector Sharma.
