DESCRIPTION:‘It gently stretches our abilities\, while making it fun’ \n3 x 6 week Acting projects delivered online to the comfort of your home. \nCovid gave our improvisation group a chance to try out lots of techniques for radio and script acting and we liked it. We produced a 50 minute piece for Malmesbury Community Radio to great success. \nFor those of you who can’t make it on person\, have childcare or mobility difficulties or just want to learn from the comfort of your own home – join us for 2 Mondays each month to play some warm up games and record some extracts of script. \nDates below: Mondays 7-9pm online \n£10 per week or £50 for the whole 6 week project. \nSeptember 12th and 19th\nOctober 10th and 17th\nNovember 14th and 21st \nJanuary 16th and 23rd\nFeb 20th and 27th\nMarch 13th and 20th \nMay 8th and 15th\nJune 12th and 19th\nJuly 10th and 17th \nWe’re currently working on a specially written piece of 6 x 2 minute monologues for Malmesbury Community Radio. SUMMARY:Chippenham Film Club September feature - Dogman
DESCRIPTION:Dogman is the story of Marcello (played by Marcello Fonte)\, a timid dog groomer who moonlights as a drug dealer\, and his encounters with Simoncino\, a violent gangster. When Simocino frames Marcello in a crime\, Marcello begins to plot his revenge. \nDogman enjoyed some 40 nominations and 32 industry awards\, most notably Marcello Fonte\, who won the Palme d’ Or for best actor\, the canine cast also picked up the Palm Dog\, I’m not joking\, they really did. \nThe film will be shown at The Reel on Monday 12th September\, tickets are available through the Chippenham Film Club’s website.\n.
