Each 45-minute session is designed for beginners\, followed by 15 minutes to chat\, connect\, and enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee with fellow participants. \nWhether you’re looking to meet new people\, learn new skills\, or simply take a breather from the January hustle\, ReNew You: Wellness Day has something for everyone.
