DESCRIPTION:Join us at The Cause Arts Centre for a fun packed\, 3-day workshop exploring different ways to be silly. We will be creating comedic characters and generally having tons of laughs. Dive into the dressing up box and learn the art of puppetry.  Pick your favourite character and make your own comedy sketch to show your parents! \nThe details: – \n\n10am-3pm from Monday 11th – Wednesday 13th April 2022\n£75 for all 3 days.\nAll taking place at The Cause Arts Centre\, Chippenham\, SN15 3DD\nParents are invited to come and watch our silliness at 2.30pm on Wednesday 13th April\n\n\nThese sessions are subsidised\, thanks to a generous grant from UK Youth. SUMMARY:Crafty Café: Meet the Artist
DESCRIPTION:Join Chippenham Museum’s resident crafters for a relaxed afternoon with Fi Redmond. Fi is a local textile artist whose work features in the museum’s exhibition\, The Covid Chronicle. \nOver tea and cake\, find out more about how lockdown and the global pandemic influenced Fi’s practice and gain insight into taking part in this national project featured in the museum’s gallery. This event is free to enjoy but booking is essential. \nChippenham Museum’s Crafty Café meet once a fortnight 2pm – 3.30pm for an afternoon of craft\, coffee and conversation. Drop-in for a chance to talk with other crafters\, swap patterns and share skills. \nYou are welcome to stay for the full 1.5 hour session and bring your own crafts.
