DESCRIPTION:MINDFULNESS AND CREATIVITY WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS in Chippenham \nInviting you to unique workshops designed to bring mindfulness to children and families\, providing an opportunity to relax\, unwind\, de-stress and create through mindful art. \nThese workshops are perfect for children who may need a little mental health and emotional well-being support\, have a lot going on in their lives\, are sensitive\, or just want to try something different and fun. \nThe parent & child workshop is ideal for parents who wish to learn about mindfulness and incorporate it into their family lives\, would like to bring more calm and peace into their lives\, would like spend time with their child in a different way would like to connect with their child on a deeper level are in need of relaxation but don’t have childcare in place. \nThere will be 3 workshops running at Half-Term. \nOn Wednesday 31st May there will be 2 sessions for children: \n\n1.30 – 3pm for children aged 9 – 10\n3.30 – 5pm for children aged 11-12\n\nOn Friday 2nd June there will be a special workshop for parents and children (aged 9 – 12) from 10am to 12pm. \nFor more information and to book please click on the link below. \nhttps://www.mindcraftkids.com/mindfulness-and-creativity-workshops/
