DESCRIPTION:Love to sing? \nThe Village Singers are a community choir with members of all ages coming from the villages and towns around Chippenham. We have no auditions and we always welcome new members. We have been making music together since 2011. \nWe are united by our love of music and our love of fun but also through many shared emotional experiences. DESCRIPTION:Allsorts Community Choir in Chippenham meet on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm at Sheldon Road Methodist Church. \nAll sorts of age and gender welcome. No singing experience necessary. No need to read music\, and there are no auditions; basically if you’re enthusiastic and committed\, you’re in! All sorts of music styles from swing to gospel to folk and pop with a generous helping of everything in between. \nTwo weeks free trial\, then £3 per session (paid termly).

SUMMARY:Come and Sing Gabriel Faure's Requiem
DESCRIPTION:Please join the Village Singers on Saturday March 1st for a “Come and Sing” of Faure’s beautiful Requiem at St Andrew’s Church\, Chippenham\, Wiltshire SN15 3JN.  The cost is £15 (£10 for Village Singers choir members) and will include refreshments\, though lunch is not included. \nTo book\, please email us at info@villagesingers.co.uk \nRegistration is at 10am\, with rehearsals starting at 10.30am. There will be a free informal performance at 4pm.  Please bring your own score – we will be using the Novello edition (edited by Desmond Ratcliffe). \nThe Village Singers are an experienced non-auditioned choir\, formed in 2011\, and we are always looking to welcome new members.
