DESCRIPTION:Love to sing? \nThe Village Singers are a community choir with members of all ages coming from the villages and towns around Chippenham. We have no auditions and we always welcome new members. We have been making music together since 2011. \nWe are united by our love of music and our love of fun but also through many shared emotional experiences. DESCRIPTION:Alongside our sessions in Chippenham (Monday lunchtimes) and Royal Wootton Bassett (Tuesday evenings)\, the Sparkly Singers meet every Thursday evening from 8:00pm at the Lansdowne Hall in Derry Hill. \nFounded with the simple aim of bringing the joy and benefits of group singing to everyone\, our emphasis is on singing in a way that is\, above all else\, fun.\nRather than splitting into parts and learning harmonies\, we prefer instead to sing in unison\, infusing songs with our own rather unique mix of humour\, movement and the occasional wacky prop. \nSo if you simply love to sing\, but have yet to find the choir that perfectly complements your sense of fun\, why not come along to one of our FREE taster sessions and see what we’re all about.

Accessibility and inclusion are important to us and we are continually working to improve the accessibility of our services and access to our collections both online and in person. \nWe are setting up a co-creation working group to improve how you can access and navigate our website and services\, ensuring they work better for everyone. \nThrough regular online workshops\, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences\, test new ideas\, and directly influence changes to make WSHC’s digital space more intuitive\, easy to use and accessible. \nWe want to ensure that everyone who is interested in joining the group is able to do so. Please let us know about any access needs you may have\, and we will work with you to ensure these are not a barrier to your involvement. DESCRIPTION:Love to sing? \nThe Village Singers are a community choir with members of all ages coming from the villages and towns around Chippenham. We have no auditions and we always welcome new members. We have been making music together since 2011. \nWe are united by our love of music and our love of fun but also through many shared emotional experiences.
