SUMMARY:Woodland Wellbeing Retreat Days
DESCRIPTION:Do you want to find time to relax? Do you love being in nature? Do you want to spend a day of relaxing and connective activities that nourish your soul? \nIf so\, then come along and join in one of our 4 Woodland Wellbeing Retreat Days\, starting on 26th June 2021. Other dates are 24th July\, 14th August and 25th September 2021. \nThese events provide a wonderful opportunity for people to have some time away for themselves\, connecting with nature\, with themselves and with like-minded people. The days comprise of a mix of meditations\, mindfulness practices\, shamanic journeying\, chakra balancing and energy alignment\, sound therapy and healing plus more. At the end of the day people will feel relaxed\, recharged and replenished. The groups are being facilitated by two qualified and professional therapists: Dawn is a psychotherapeutic counsellor and Sara is an intuitive healer. \nThe mornings will be held in the Hayloft\, followed by lunch and “me & just being time” before heading up to the private woodland for the afternoon. The venue is Highway Hill\, just outside of Calne\, Wiltshire which is set in 100 acres of private woodland in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
