To aid with repairs Cycle Chippenham have a simple timeslot booking. \nOur Repair Cafe is a volunteer run partnership between volunteer group Zero Chippenham and Bath Based charity Share and Repair  \nOur motto is  “If you can carry it – we’ll try to fix it” \nWe typically allow 20 minutes to investigate and try and repair an item\, though this can take longer. It’s also a learning process so we encourage you to sit with the repairer and follow the repair through. Sometimes we identify parts that need to be ordered to complete a repair. \nThere is also a social and cafe element where you can meet people and share conversations.\nEveryone is welcome! \nThe cafe is run by volunteers and donations to support the cafe running are welcome on the day. \nWe look forward to meeting you all!

DESCRIPTION:Chippenham Art Group meets monthly on Wednesdays in St Paul’s Church Hall\, Greenway Lane\, Chippenham. It’s led by artist Fran Young and organised by our experienced community services coordinator Pam Ollis. \nProjects ranging from painting and drawing to collage\, printing\, crafts\, clay modelling and more. We work at a leisurely pace with plenty of time for conversation and connection. No previous experience of art is necessary and everyone works at their own pace. DESCRIPTION:Our warm and welcoming community space and café takes place fortnightly at the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre and is perfect for anyone who’d like to feel more connected and uplifted in a friendly\, caring and welcoming atmosphere. \nJoin us and take part in free activities including knitting\, jewellery making and crafting. There are opportunities to play traditional board games alongside our amazing Dungeons and Dragons game experience\, or you are most welcome to sit quietly\, soaking in the atmosphere with a good book to discover more about Wiltshire’s history. \nIf you would like to practice your English\, our ‘Chatty Corner’ sessions will be perfect for you. \nYou can also take refreshment in our cafe area where we serve hot and cold drinks and a selection of homemade cakes. \nRefreshments and activities are all free\, and everyone is welcome. \nThe Educafe runs fortnightly from 10.30am-2pm at the Wiltshire & Swindon History Centre\, Chippenham\, a 5 minute walk from the railway station\, accessible via buses 33\, X31\, X33\, X34\, 35\, 35A\, 44A\, 44B\, 44D\, 44M\, 55\, 91\, 92\, 635. \nUpcoming dates this year include: \n3 August \n17 August \n14 September \n28 September \n12 October \n26 October \n9 November \n23 November \n7 December \n21 December \n

SUMMARY:Beyond Dementia\, Art Group in Chippenham
DESCRIPTION:Chippenham Art Group meets monthly on Wednesdays in St Paul’s Church Hall\, Greenway Lane\, Chippenham. It’s led by artist Fran Young and organised by our experienced community services coordinator Pam Ollis. \nProjects ranging from painting and drawing to collage\, printing\, crafts\, clay modelling and more. We work at a leisurely pace with plenty of time for conversation and connection. No previous experience of art is necessary and everyone works at their own pace. People can also work on their own projects and develop their own ideas. \nFamily carers are welcome at the group as full members and encouraged to join in to create their own pieces of art. \nIf you’d like to come along as a group member\, or for more information\, please call Pam on 01380 739055\, or to register your interest please use the form below. \nThis group is kindly part-funded by Chippenham Borough Lands Charity.
