SUMMARY:Bikeability Level 1/2 training
DESCRIPTION:Bikeability training for children leaving Year 6 and above. All riders must be able to start\, pedal and stop unaided. Training is progressive\, moving from off-road location to quiet local roads. \nAll Wiltshire Council instructors are qualified\, registered with the Bikeability Trust\, subject to enhanced DBS checks and undergo regular First Aid and safeguarding training. Riders will need a roadworthy bike\, comfortable clothing and footwear and should bring a drink and snack. We encourage all riders to wear a cycle helmet. \nKey information \n\n09.30am-12.30pm daily from the 2nd-4th August\n£10 per child\nPlaces MUST be booked in advance with parent/carer consent given.\nEmail to book\, for more information and to discuss any additional needs.\nLIMITED PLACES REMAINING.

SUMMARY:Chippenham Harriers River Run
DESCRIPTION:The River Run is back for 2022! \nThe 5k River Run and 2k Fun Run follow a largely traffic free multi-terrain route along the banks of the River Avon\, starting and finishing in Monkton Park\, near the Olympiad Leisure Centre. \nThe River Run is a great community event which attracts people of all abilities and ages. The 5k distance means that it is ideal for the beginners and the inclusion of the Fun Run makes it the perfect summer evening event for families. The 5k is open to anyone aged 13 and over and the Fun Run is for 4 – 14 year olds. \nPrizes in age categories for both races. All 5k finishers will receive a Tech T shirt with a brand new design for 2022. All Fun Run 2k finishers receive a medal.
