The Easter Bunny has been busy hiding 16 Easter eggs around the town. \nYou can collect a trail sheet from the Customer Services Easter Display at the Town Hall or download one HERE. \nFollow the map to locate each egg and its letter. Write the letters on your sheet and unscramble them to crack the Easter Bunny’s secret code. \nOnce completed\, return your trail sheet to the Customer Services Easter Display area at the Town Hall to collect a chocolatey treat. \nPlease note: The Town Hall will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday\, but trail sheets will be available from Chippenham Museum between 10am and 4pm on these days. \nIf you’d like to be entered into the prize draw for an Easter Hamper\, please write your details on your completed trail sheet. \nThe Chippenham Easter Egg Trail is in partnership with Melt Productions.

DESCRIPTION:Our ambassadors Nick and Annette Mason are kindly opening up their garden to the public again to raise money for Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity and The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust. \nThis community event is not to be missed\, an opportunity to be wowed at the incredible cars on show\, enjoy the beautiful scenery of Middlewick House\, friendly farm animals to visit and children’s entertainment zone while supporting a great cause – what could be better? \nBrowse through our fair stalls and shop until you drop with a variety of vendors selling everything from handmade crafts to delicious treats. Enjoy our food court as well as the long-standing sausage BBQ\, whilst enjoying live music. Tea\, coffee and cakes on sale all day. DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for the REME Museum Extravaganza\, in celebration of Armed Forces Day 2026!\nThis fun-filled open day is a celebration of everything that it means to be part of the REME Family. The event takes place throughout the entire museum grounds\, including the galleries\, Education Suite\, outdoor spaces and gardens and of course Crown’s Café! \nExpect even bigger and better things this year\, as we combine a Summer Fete with Armed Forces Day\, for an exciting day out for all the family with loads to get involved in! \nYou can expect:- \n\nSummer Fete style games like hook-a-duck\, basketball throw\, mini golf and more\nInflatable games\, including fan favourite axe-throwing\nDisplays\, exhibitions and equipment from REME’s local units including 8 Training Battalion REME and the School of Army Aeronautical Engineering (SAAE) Lyneham\nHistoric recovery vehicles from the museum’s collection\nStalls from local businesses and charities\nREME Charity prize raffle\n\nPlease note: Many displays and equipment are provided by active REME units and are subject to operational requirements. As such\, there may be changes with minimal notice. We aim to update visitors of any major changes in advance on the REME Museum website. \nCrown’s Café will be open to visitors with a ticket to the event\, offering a limited lunchtime menu\, plus tea\, coffee and cake of course! Additional catering vans will also be on-site offering food to purchase throughout the weekend. \nFree parking will be available in the museum’s large car park\, visitors are asked to please reserve a parking space if you need one in advance. Blue Badge spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis and you must have reserved a parking space online. If you can\, please consider travelling by alternative means. \nDogs are welcome on the museum grounds but are not allowed inside the building\, with the exception of assistance dogs.

The show is teamed with effects\, music and gives children and their families the chance to get up close and personal with these fantastic\, realistic beasts.
