DESCRIPTION:Book one of four places on Tuesday 12 and 19 April for accompanied children to enjoy our free drop-in workshop in a quieter way. \nThese free sessions are for children who would find the busy nature of our drop-in sessions uncomfortable. Instead\, book to join a smaller group of children in a quieter session before the museum is open to the public \nThese sessions are free\, with booking essential. Please book a space for all accompanied children attending. \nWorkshop details: \nCome and create your own simple bunting at Chippenham Museum and find out more about adding your own triangle to Chippenham’s Jubilee Bunting project. These sessions are free for all ages on Tuesdays in the Easter holidays. \nJoin us in the gallery to create your decoration to take home. Be inspired by the colours\, patterns and textures of the textile art in the museum’s exhibition The Covid Chronicle. \nOpen at Chippenham Museum 9 April – 7 May with free entry\, The Covid Chronicle is a textile art project capturing the national collective experience of the pandemic. The large-scale artwork is touring the UK and features work by the Chippenham community. \nFamilies\, individuals\, schools and groups are invited to add their own triangle to the museum’s Joy of Community Jubilee Bunting by the end of April.
