DESCRIPTION:FROM ANXIETY\, STRESS AND (Pre-Christmas) OVERWHELM TO PEACE\, TRANQUILITY AND STILLNESS.. \nI’d like to invite you to my monthly meditation and relaxation session\, Calm with Katerina \, held in the beautiful space of Platinum House\, 35 Market Place\, Chippenham. \nI’m Katerina and I am a therapeutic coach\, mindfulness and meditation teacher and a Reiki practitioner based in Chippenham. \nMy session provides an opportunity for you to step away from the busyness and demands of life and spend an hour engaging in calming breath and mindfulness exercises\, guided meditation and a sound bath with soothing sounds of gongs and chimes. \nYou will be welcome in a safe and nurturing space and leave calm\, rested\, rejuvenated and deeply relaxed ready to move through the festive period with more ease.\n✨Give yourself permission to relax.\n✨Experience deep rest.\n✨Leave feeling renewed and reinvigorated.\nNo previous experience necessary.
