DESCRIPTION:Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan – piano\, Ruth O’Shea – violin & Linda Stocks – cello) play a Café Concert at St Andrew’s Church on the first Tuesday of each month at 11am: informal music events with a pop-up café from 10.30 where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes. \nApril’s programme is inspired by the season of spring and includes the recently rediscovered Trio by Austrian Jewish composer Carl Frühling\, Gaubert Spring Morning and works by Cécile Chaminade\, Ivor Gurney\, Frank Bridge and others. \nConcerts last c45m and entrance – or rather\, exit! – is by donation\, with a retiring collection. No need to read music\, and there are no auditions; basically if you’re enthusiastic and committed\, you’re in!
