SUMMARY:Tell Your Story - Theatre Acting and Directing workshop
DESCRIPTION:Work with professional Theatre Director and writer\, Marnie Forbes-Eldridge. Whether you have already tried acting or directing\, or whether you just want to give it a go\, all levels of experience are welcome. \nWarm up and get to know each other from 11am; free pizza at 12pm; masterclass from 1pm \nMarnie is a professional Theatre Director\, Writer and Storyteller. Having trained in Body Aware\, Mask\, Japanese and Chinese Theatre\, as an actor and director\, Marnie uses the body and text to tell a story. She uses her work in the Arts as a Creative Facilitator and has worked for Theatres throughout the British Isles – Salisbury Playhouse\, The Everyman\, Cheltenham and The Roses Tewkesbury. She has worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company and Prime Theatre. Directing and using drama skills is part of what she does and her work with RADA has been used for communication and confidence projects. \nYou will gain experience of professional working methods and tools to use in your own acting work.

DESCRIPTION:Come along to Island Park\, which is just off Chippenham High Street to enjoy live musical entertainment.\nThere will be a licensed bar courtesy of Melt Bars\, as well as several vendors offering a variety of al fresco foods to be enjoyed. This year he’s taking his music further by going on BBC Berkshire Radio to promote his first original song ‘Better off Alone’ which was released on all major platforms 5 February.\n\n15:30 – 16:15 & 16:30 – 17:15 (Main Stage) – Derek Nash Funk Experience\nDerek Nash Funk Experience plus special guest Noel McCalla\, celebrating the genius of Soul artists such as Al Green\, Marvin Gaye\, Stevie Wonder and Bill Withers the mesmeric vocalist\, Noel McCalla\, and award-winning saxophonist\, Derek Nash\, have put together a band of top musicians to play a wide-ranging back catalogue of classic hits by these soul legends. At the forefront of the British jazz movement\, Derek Nash is one of the most versatile saxophonists in the UK today.\n\n17:45 – 18:30 & 18:45 – 19:30 (Main Stage) – Mojo Dynamics Cover Band\nMojo Dynamics Cover Band are a four-piece band delivering hits from all eras and genres encouraging everyone to ‘get up and dance’.
