DESCRIPTION:Escape the pressures and demands of your day-to-day life and join us for a session of mindfulness\, gentle movement\, calming breathing exercises\, meditation and visualisation\, sound bath and creative activities. \nLearn techniques to help you feel calmer\, feel better in yourself\, more connected to yourself and those around you.\nLeave with a calmer mind\, soothed soul\, relaxed in your body\, ready to face the world again. \nThis workshop is part of the Teen Takeover weekend and will provide an opportunity for young people aged 13 to 15 who live in the Chippenham area\, to learn ways to regulate their nervous system\, manage their emotions and find a sense of calm and general well-being. \nNo previous experience necessary.
