DESCRIPTION:We are welcoming the Spring with a 3-hour special workshop on the 25th March\, Saturday at the Vitality Rooms Chippenham.\nWe will start with joyous and energising journey to the chakras through dance and conscious movement. \nWe will focus on changing the learned patterns that no longer serve us and setting a new energy balance to elevate the self with Kundalini Yoga.\nAnd finally we will deeply relax our body (especially the muscles) to let go of the tension\, to cut through the chatty mind and affirm a trust in the wisdom of the body to self- heal. \n£35 per person\, includes herbal teas and delicious snacks.\nAdvance booking is required and for bookings please contact satdharamky@gmail.com
