DESCRIPTION:This new course is for those who love yoga and feel inspired to expand their knowledge beyond the physical poses. It is a chance to delve a little deeper into the traditional yoga teachings\, and understand how they can help us lead calmer\, and more fulfilled lives. \nEach week the class will be themed to reveal an element of yogic wisdom. The concepts will be presented in a way that makes them easy to understand and relevant to our modern day lives.
