Visit the galleries and hear a live or recorded reading of their work while viewing the objects and displays that have provided the inspiration. \nA live reading of at least one of the works will take place on the hour from 11am to 3pm. DESCRIPTION:An hour and a half of circus skills suitable for everyone! Yep – all ages and abilities\, bring the whole family. \nWe can get you started with the basics or expand your repertoire of tricks and a few games might be thrown in as well. \nThis is a ‘have ago’ session with a combination of individual help throughout and short tutorials at specific times. \nJuggling\, plate spinning\, poi\, diabolo\, flower stick\, tight wire\, rolla bola\, stilt walking (bucket\, hold on and sky runner. DESCRIPTION:We’re calling on children\, families\, creatives and anyone who loves Lego to come and help us build a version of Chippenham marketplace as it was in 1886. \nGot a hankering to have a go at making the Yelde Hall? Always fancied trying to recreate the Angel Hotel or wanted to construct the Buttercross? \nBased in the History Centre’s education room with local historian Lucy Whitfield\, we’ve got a huge detailed map to work from\, loads of photographs of the buildings\, and tons of enthusiasm – but we also need you and your building skills to try to create the centre of town as it once was. But\, accuracy isn’t the most important thing\, and we don’t mind if your version of the Old Palace (now Chippenham Museum) is green and blue and has extra turrets – it’s coming and having a go that counts.  \nWe’ll also take all donations of Lego for our attempt\, both in the run up to the event and even on the day – bring them to WSHC reception\, or Chippenham Library. She has featured on  Comedy Central Live (Comedy Central)\, BBC  Presents:  Stand up for Live Comedy (BBC One & Three)\, Live From Aberystwyth Pier (BBC One Wales and BBC Radio Wales)\, Fred At The Stand (BBC Radio 4)\, Machynlleth Comedy Showcase (BBC Radio Wales)\, Stand Yp (S4C). She was a semi-finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards 2021. \nShe has written on the revival of the BBC Three sitcom Bad Education\, which is available on BBC iPlayer.  \nAbi Clarke is a stand-up comedian and presenter from Bristol who took to the internet in 2020 due to lockdown and achieved remarkable success. In her first year online\, she amassed over a million followers across Instagram and TikTok\, and now boasts a large following of 367k followers on Instagram\, 893k followers on TikTok and 590k subscribers on YouTube. Abi was named as one of the eleven comedy stars of the internet by The Independent\, and has had her viral sketches shared by the likes of E! News\, Buzzfeed\, LadBible\, Good Morning Britain\, and BBC One. \nSophie Duker is a comedian and writer whose Edinburgh Fringe Show\, Venus\, saw her nominated for the Best Newcomer award and gained critical acclaim and five star reviews\, leading to a two week sold out run at Soho Theatre. \nSophie is a regular guest on Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC2). She has appeared on Live at The Apollo (BBC2)\, Mock the Week (BBC2)\, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4) and Hypothetical (Dave).
