You’ll head home with your own painting\, plus a booklet of tips and inspiration to keep you painting. \nAll materials (and plenty of encouragement) are provided and all levels are welcome\, whether you’re an art enthusiast or have never picked up a paintbrush before. No experience needed\, just a love of nature and creativity! \nThe only thing you’ll need to bring is the picture you’d like to paint! DESCRIPTION:Join me for a relaxed\, creative afternoon of painting your very own Christmas card design\, with the option to have it turned into printed cards afterwards (see below for more info)! \nIn this workshop\, you’ll learn the techniques of watercolour painting while creating your own Christmas card design. You’ll receive a printed copy of my Introduction to Watercolour booklet\, full of tips and guidance to help you continue your painting after the workshop. \nYou can choose any subject you like for your design\, and I’ll be there to guide you in creating your own version. Some ideas could be a robin\, wreath\, tree\, stockings\, winter cottage\, baubles\, reindeer\, a festive front door… the possibilities are endless! What do you love seeing on a Christmas card? \nI’d advise having something in mind beforehand and maybe choosing a picture to bring with you to the workshop (printed or on your phone) to use as a reference. \nAll materials and equipment will be provided. We’ll have exclusive use of The Waverley’s downstairs snug room\, a complimentary drink is included with your ticket\, and you’ll also receive a free A5 print of my festive robin illustration as a bonus thank you for attending! \nAll are welcome\, whether you’re an art enthusiast or have never picked up a paintbrush before!
