DESCRIPTION:Come along to FREE Park Yoga at John Coles Park. Park Yoga is open to people of all ages\, backgrounds and abilities. Join your local yoga instructor\, Kyla\, for your weekly dose. No need to book – just turn up! \nEvery Sunday 9.30am – 10.30am\, from Sunday 7th May to Sunday 17th September 2023. \nThings to bring:\n– mat (or towel or blanket)\n– bottle of water\n– a friend \nPLEASE NOTE – all sessions are weather dependant. Be sure to keep an eye on the Park Yoga Facebook page regarding any cancellations (announced at least an hour before the start).
