DESCRIPTION:Talk Club is a talking and listening club for men (18+}\, offering talking groups\, sports groups and therapy to help keep you mentally fit. \nIt’s a simple medicine that starts with asking – How are you? Out of 10? \nBy checking in regularly with yourself and other men\, Talk Club creates a community that we are all missing in today’s world. \nSo\, what happens in a Talk Club talking group? \nThere are no therapists\, no couches and no judgement – just regular men sitting in a private and safe space\,listening and talking. \nWe start with how each man feels out of 10 and share why. We then talk about what we are grateful for and what we are going\nto do for our mental fitness this week. \nIt’s a beautifully simple medicine that we rarely give ourselves\, the ability to share how we really feel. \nChippenham Session – fortnightly on Thursdays from  7 – 9pm at Grounded. \nFind out more – https://talkclub.org \nTALK CLUB is a registered charity in the United Kingdom (1194033) \n
