DESCRIPTION:Training for representatives of community organisations that support local people who are struggling with bills or need extra support. \nThe training is a ‘train the trainer’ style session so that delegates can confidently share the advice to other staff and volunteers within their own organisations and support their service users. \nThe Wessex Water Tailored Assistance programme comprises a wide range of affordability support to help customers who are struggling to pay their bills including flexible payment plans\, payment breaks\, payments direct from benefits\, low income discounts and bill caps. We are doubling the number of people we can support.
