I am here to help you remember that it is OK to just BE.
When life is busy and overwhelming.
When the world outside is too much…
Come and find your centre.
Welcome the arrival of autumn. The nights are drawing in.
Soon the veil between worlds will be thin and we will be invited
to connect with the magic of this season.
Nature is beginning to prepare for winter and so are we.
Let nature help us begin to slow our pace, to pause.
Join me for a unique mindfulness, meditation and sound healing session, in which:
I will introduce you to simple (yet powerful) breathing exercises to calm your nervous system and connect back to your body.
I will guide you through a beautiful visualisation for deep relaxation and restoration.
You will enjoy the soothing sound of gongs and chimes helping you surrender and let go.
You will be held in a safe and nurturing space throughout.
Come back to your centre.
Connect with your essence.

If you have a teenager in the house who would benefit from my session, bring them with you. They are very welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket.
