This course is like a warm hug: five lovely sessions that will give participants a lift. The course reminds us how important it is to look after our wellbeing and shares some simple steps to boost mood and resilience.
New learners will need to attend the welcome session on Thursday 9 January 12.30 and the course starts on Thursday 16 January 12.30pm – 2.30pm, running weekly for five weeks.
