An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Monday, repeating until 6 February 2023
A NEW 5 week course ideal for anyone brand new to yoga, or who would like to return after a long break. We will cover the basics of movement, breath work, and meditation together.
This will be a small, friendly group where you will be encouraged to listen to your body and work at your own pace.
