Live at the Neeld is a stand-up comedy show with three comedians from television to entertain the wonderful people of Chippenham. So, who’s on?

Ben is a highly experienced and hugely well-respected stand-up. He’s been performing comedy since 1993 and is renowned for his incredibly relaxed stage persona and his innate ability to improvise as well as deliver sharply crafted material. Ben has performed on stages across the world and been on BBC Two’s Mock the Week and QI.

Julian Deane: “Deliciously twisted. a stream of seriously good gags. quick, sharply written and endlessly repeatable lines.” – The Guardian

Widely celebrated for his ingenious punchlines, Julian Deane is an award-winning British stand-up comedian and writer. Within a few years of starting stand-up comedy, he was named Best New Comedian by the Comedy Café in London and won the ITV Stand Up Hero and the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year competitions.

Julian has appeared on The Russell Howard Hour (Sky One) and supported Paul Chowdhry on a world tour, which included Wembley Arena. He is also an in-demand writer, with his credits including Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two), Mock the Week (BBC Two), Unspun with Matt Forde (Dave) and Morgan Spurlock’s New Britannia (Sky Atlantic).
