Join me for a unique meditation and relaxation session, in which:
– I will introduce you to simple (yet powerful) breathing exercises to calm your nervous system and connect back to your body.
– I will guide you through a beautiful visualisation for deep relaxation and restoration.
– You will enjoy the soothing sound of gongs and chimes helping surrender and let go.
– You will be held in a safe and nurturing space throughout.
If you have a teenager in the house who would benefit from this session feel free to bring them with you.
At the end of the session you will leave feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, re-charged and ready to face the world again.
