Chippenham Film Club Nov 2025 Monthly Screening: The Beasts (15+)

‘The Beasts’ is an award-winning cinema thriller loosely inspired by real events involving a Dutch couple in a semi-abandoned hamlet in Galicia, Spain and premiered at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.

Chippenham Film Club was formed to bring films to the town that would not normally be seen on the big screen in Chippenham. There are monthly screenings at the Reel Cinema theatre and the films are selected by members and typically include low budget British films, limited distribution, art-house films, foreign language films and classic films from the past that deserve to be seen again on the big screen. Running since 2022, last year also also included an inaugural week long festival.

You do not need to be a member to attend the screenings but an annual membership gives you a 35% discount off the cost of all Chippenham Film Club screenings.
