Held in collaboration with Chippenham Town Council, Good Energy and Severn Wye Energy Agency, this event is aimed at small to medium sized businesses operating within the Wiltshire Council area, who are looking to improve their energy efficiency.
Join us for some light refreshements at this evening event in Chippenham on Tuesday 4 March, where you will learn about the steps that your business can take to become more energy efficient, leading you towards cost savings and reduced carbon emissions.
At this event, you’ll gain an understanding of:
- What to consider when improving energy efficiency within your business
- What are the free, low-cost and investment opportunities
- What are the benefits of becoming more energy efficient
- What grants are available and how you can apply
There is also a Q&A session at the end for you to ask any question you may have.
Light refreshments will include sandwiches, snacks and a selection of drinks.
Good Energy recently achieved B Corp status, the only home energy supplier in the UK to do so. They supply 100% renewable electricity, as well as install heat pumps and solar panels to both domestic and commercial customers.
Severn Wye Energy Agency is a sustainability charity operating across Wales and the English boarder counties. Founded in 1999, Severn Wye’s vision is of a stable climate with energy for all. Working to provide businesses with impartial, expert advice to help them save energy, reduce carbon and create a more sustainable future.
Chippenham Town Council is committed to becoming a net zero organisation by 2030 and helping to support residents to reduce their carbon emissions.

‘Wiltshire Towns Programme’ is supporting small and micro businesses operating within Retail, Leisure and Hospitality sectors throughout 22 Wiltshire Towns. On offer are free, detailed energy efficiency surveys and an opportunity to apply for grant funding of up to £6,000* towards low-cost energy efficiency measures or improvements.

‘Fit for Net Zero’ is supporting SMEs operating within Wiltshire Council’s area, with free, detailed energy efficiency surveys and grants for installed measures. Examples of funded improvements include, more efficient heating systems, insulation, lighting upgrades and renewable energy installation (this scheme is now closed to new applications).
