Climate Cake and Keeping Warm

Each winter Wiltshire Wildlife Community Energy runs its programme of ‘Keeping Warm This Winter’ – friendly, pop-up ‘Energy Advice Cafes’ hosted at community gatherings in venues throughout Swindon and Wiltshire to reach residents struggling with energy costs.
At the cafe people can get advice, tips and have their questions answered about heating and energy at home and see examples of simple, effective but cheap energy-saving measures they can use. There’s information to take away and useful free giveaways.
People coming along can also be signposted to further support such as Warm and Safe Wiltshire, to check eligibility for grants and help with energy bills and energy efficiency measures at home. Church Wardens can also gain support and network with others on their Eco Church journey, so why not join us for a slice of cake and a warm drink at St Andrews Church, Market Place, Chippenham, SN15 3HT.
The event is co-hosted by Eco Church Bristol Diocese – www.bristol.anglican.com and Wiltshire Wildlife Community Energy
