Our sessions, which are being held at locations across our water supply area, will give you the chance to speak with a Customer Adviser who will act as the point of contact for your local community.
They can:
- Answer questions about your bill
- Refer you for support if you are struggling to pay your bill
- Provide advice on saving water and avoiding blockages
- Answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage.
