This slower and gentler version of the traditional game is designed to be inclusive – whether you’re a football enthusiast looking for a less intense way to enjoy the sport, or someone who’s never played before but wants to try something new, walking football offers a welcoming environment for everyone.
A great way to improve fitness, balance, and coordination whilst socialising and making new friends.
