GOGA is Get Out Get Active. A multi sports project designed to encourage people of all ages and abilities to come together to get moving in a friendly, social environment. Focusing on enabling disabled and non-disabled people to spend time actively together.

This is FREE to attend with the aims to:
1) improve physical health
2) improve self-esteem
3) improve energy levels and mood
