An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Thursday, repeating until 26 September 2024


NEW Class for the over 50’s starting Thursday 28th September at Chippenham Sports Club 9:15am to 10am

As we age we naturally lose strength, balance and muscle. This class will help improve all of those things and more!

New research suggests the amount of muscle someone has determines how long they will live. So it’s important to maintain and build muscle.

We all want to live a healthy and active life for as long as we can.

Strength training;

  • Preserves muscle size and strength
  • Preserves Bone Density
  • Lowers the risk of falls
  • Improves mobility
  • Improves insulin sensitivity
  • Helps you stay fit and functional, so you can do the things you enjoy! 😊

Seniors Strong™ is a functional strength, cardio, and mobility class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and functional fitness for older adults.

Seniors Strong is a modern, inspiring and fresh class for older adults

Exercising within a group is motivating, fun and sociable.

Bring a couple of tins, filled water bottles or some dumbbells (if you have them.)
You will learn the correct technique for exercise and you can also practice at home too! 😉

Then £7 per class (block booking will be available at a discounted rate.)

Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
