She Can Be Active – Nordic Walking

We have teamed up with the Nordic Nomads to deliver 2 blocks of women-only Nordic Walking sessions in Chippenham!
Nordic Walking is an enhanced walking technique that uses specially designed poles to work your upper body as well as your legs. It’s a great way to improve fitness, strengthen muscles, and enjoy the outdoors!
Saturdays – 1st, 8th, 15th March
Tuesdays – 4th, 11th, 18th March
