Learn techniques to help you feel calmer, feel better in yourself, more connected to yourself and those around you.

This FREE workshop is part of the Teen Takeover weekend and will provide an opportunity for young people aged 16 – 19 who live in the Chippenham area, to learn ways to regulate their nervous system, manage their emotions and find a sense of calm and general well-being.
Whether you’re preparing for GCSEs or other exams, or are just in need of some zen this workshop is for you.
No previous experience necessary. You will be gently guided through the session.
Young people with SEN (up to the age of 24) very welcome.
The venue is fully accessible.
