Starting Thursday 21st March, and running every other Thursday - come and join our residents to bake some delicious treats and enjoy refreshments with us. A great opportunity to socialise and network.
The fun and super-friendly exercise groups for over 60's. Suitable for all abilities. Come and join! Mixed standing and seated exercises focusing on co-ordination, balance, core and muscle strength, stretching, flexibility and aerobic exercise.
