Chippenham Twinning Association was formed in 1981 with the objective of promoting friendships, education and cultural understanding between residents of Chippenham and our twin towns of La Flèche, France and Friedberg, Germany.
We encourage the development of personal contacts and arrange annual visits for families, individuals and groups between our linked towns. During these reciprocal visits, members receive a friendly welcome and stay with host families. In this way, firm friendships are established.
We have an active membership and hold regular social and fundraising events thoughout the year. New members are always welcome.
