StayFit with Emma groups are well established, super-friendly and above all, fun, fitness to music sessions for over 60s. Come and give it a try! Our sessions involve mixed seated and standing exercises focusing on key areas and are ideal for those either wanting to start a fitness journey gently, get back into fitness, or simply keep moving and age well.
Everyone who joins will always be welcomed with a smile (well, several smiles actually!) and positive encouragement. New friends and improved health and wellbeing are awaiting!
