Teen Takeover is back for 2025 – and it’s set to be even bigger and better!
Following the success of last year’s first Teen Takeover, the Local Youth Network (LYN) and Chippenham Area Board are bringing back this exciting weekend for young people aged 11 to 19 (up to 25 for those with SEND).
Teen Takeover showcases the wide range of youth activities and opportunities already active in our area, plus some special one-off events and taster sessions.
What to expect?
Expect a weekend full of fun and inspiration, with over 30+ FREE workshops, sessions, and performances to enjoy and get involved in. From Parkour and Breakdancing to Hip-Hop Poetry, DJing, Zumba and Climbing – there’s something for everyone!

Who’s it for?
Young people in Chippenham and surrounding villages – aged 11–19, or up to 25 with SEND.
When and where?
Teen Takeover will take place on the 18th and 19th October at multiple venues across Chippenham.

Please note: Some sessions have limited spaces. Teens are welcome to book as many activities as they like over the weekend – just make sure to check the timings and only book sessions you can attend, so others don’t miss out. Be sure to arrive on time to get the most out of each experience!
