Easter Activities at the REME Museum

Bring the whole family for a visit this Easter holidays and get involved in some craft-based and STEM activities.

Make and Do

• Monday 1 April – Sunday 7 April (Bank Holiday Monday inclusive)
  Self-guided, drop-in
• Show off your artistic skills with our Easter-themed and WW2-themed art projects, which you can get stuck into in our galleries amongst our array of historic vehicles and artefacts.

Meccano Makes Workshops

• Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 April
  Pre-bookable sessions
• Get hands-on with Meccano construction sets to engineer your own vehicle, equipment and more!
• Led by our Education Officer in our dedicated Education Suite.
• Each session lasts about 2 hours with each family working as a team.
• Due to small parts this is activity is not open to anyone under the age of 7.

Bottle Rockets Workshops

• Wednesday 10 and Friday 12 April
  Drop-in sessions
• Do you have what it takes? We challenge you to build a Bottle Rocket and see how high you can make it fly!
• Sessions led by our Education Officer. No need to book, just drop-in to our Education Suite!
• Tickets for pre-bookable sessions can be purchased online and include Museum entry, general entry applies (see our website).
