Aged 12-18? Join us to gain confidence in the gym in a safe, female-only environment.
The day will run from 9:30am to 3pm and will be jam packed full of fun activities such as a speed camp, strength session, female specific athletic workshop. You will leave the day with new friends, increased confidence and ability in a gym environment!
