Come and join our local Community Connectors and other carers at this friendly group. Our staff will be there to offer advice and support. Some sessions will also have a speaker. Thanks to Chippenham Borough Lands Charity who are funding the running of this group.
A friendship group for stroke survivors is taking place at the Angel Hotel in Chippenham throughout June and into July. They will be taking place at 10.30 am on Tuesdays until the 5th July.
